I'm on a 30 day juicing challenge with my son. We're getting healthier and taking in my vegetables. I'm very proud of him!
Fruits and Veggies: Celery, Carrots, Cucumber, Apple, Orange (tried once), Lemon for taste.
-I got him started with 2 tablespoons. Each day we've increased it by one tablespoon.
